Sarajevo, 4 February, 2016

Meeting of Liaison Officers of the Network of Supreme Audit Institutions of candidate and potential candidate countries and European Court of Auditors (ECA) was held on 3 February, 2016 in Sarajevo. The Meeting was hosted and chaired by the Supreme Audit Institution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Apart from the representatives of Supreme Audit Institutions – the Network members, ECA and Joint Working Group on Audit Activities, the meeting was also attended by the representatives of partner institutions – SIGMA, Swedish National Audit Office and Supreme Audit Office of Poland, making a valuable contribution to the Meeting.

The participants, among other things, discussed implementation of activities in 2016 defined by the Network Work Plan adopted by the heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of the Network countries, as well as other financial, compliance and performance audit activities to be implemented within the Network and possibilities and mechanisms for partner institutions to support their implementation.
