Based on Article 6, paragraph 2, and Article 7, paragraph 2 of the Audit Law and Article 5, item 3 (d) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has appointed Ivan Miletic as Auditor General, and Samir Musovic as Deputies of Auditor General of the Audit Office of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 17, 2000.

After Mr. Miletic resigned from the post of the Auditor General on May 7, 2004, the Presidency of BiH, based on Article 6, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of the Audit Law («Official Gazette of BiH», number 17/99), Article 37 paragraph 2, item c) of the Rule Book of the Presidency of BiH («Official Gazette of BiH», number 25/01 and 35/02), and the approval of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (number 01-02-03-580/04 from July 29, 2004), appointed, on September 1, 2004, Milenko Sego as the Auditor General of the Audit Office of the Institutions of BiH.
